Refund and Returns Policy for BigTopix

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding our Refund and Returns Policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    You can return products purchased from BigTopix within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
    • The product must be in a resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is damaged, altered, or used beyond normal use.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and the product must be received by us within 14 days of your return request.
  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
    • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. Include the RA number on the return package.
  3. Refund Process
    Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  4. Non-Refundable Items
    Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

    • Used or opened items that are not in resellable condition.
    • Gift cards, personalized or custom products, and digital downloads.
    • Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance” at the time of purchase.
  5. Exchanges
    If you received a product that you would like to exchange for a different item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are not automatically processed, but you can return your original item for a refund and purchase a replacement.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items

  7. Return Shipping Costs
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you are responsible for the return.

  8. Late Returns
    Returns outside of the 30-day return window or without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a return if you are outside the window.

  9. Canceling an Order
    If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure. If the cancellation request is made before shipment, we will issue a full refund.
